A thank-you of llama’d proportions to Faith!! I won a contest (I think it was a comment kiribain?) over at her blog, and that was my prize.

I’m immensely happy.

(Does this not just wrap up my personality in a nutshell? Violent, don’t mind gore, wanting to take over the world but not too great at it, a teenager, obsessed with Stargate, with a sense of humor (and not enough foresight), a horrible superiority complex, wishing I lived in the Emerald City, and destined to be a Firebender?

Took one major trait from each of my “guys” up there.

Yeah, the second-to-last (with blue diamond tattoos) is Fiyero, who I blogged about yesterday. He’s dark-skinned with tattoos in the book, and in the musical he’s Caucasian (go figure).

Another thing that brightened up my week? I found out I got a MLIA published (front page epicness FTW!!).
