Pictures! Dude, I took over a thousand, not even kidding. Here’s my attempt to narrow it down. (I tried to focus on the more unique ones.)
After about ten million people asking me what I thought of the Grand Canyon, I gave up and started responding with “it was a canyon. A grand one”. Not because it’s any less awesome, but because… words can’t do it justice. Hence the title.
There were a bunch more that I wanted to show you guys, but it’s taking them like five minutes each to upload to WordPress. I’ll put all the good ones in a Photobucket album and link you to it tomorrow. Sayonara!

It is extremely grand. And unless my eyes are deceiving me, it’s a canyon. Isn’t it amazing, though? I visited the Southwest for the first time this spring, and everything was just undescribable.
I’m not going to lie, play around with color and saturation a bit, and you could probably sell a few of those pics as prints. Personally, I really like the last one. 🙂
I lived in AZ for a few years and still have never seen the Grand Canyon. I was young, in love and thought, bah it’s just another hole. Have to say it’s kinda a pretty hole 😉
Oh my gosh, it’s beautiful huh? We swung down there a few years back on our way to the four corners. Amazing. I can’t wait to go to a canyon even deeper than that (nope, that’s not the deepest one) this next year in my very own state… Although It’s not as wide it will probably be about as breathtaking.
